Eligibility for Exchange
- Same Product Exchange: Customers can only exchange a product for the same model.
- Time Frame: The exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery, with proof of purchase required.
- Condition of Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, including:
- Original box, accessories, and all included components.
- No physical damage, liquid exposure, or tampering.
- Device must not be locked, modified, or altered in any way.
- Defective Units:
- If a manufacturing defect is identified, Cygnus will inspect and verify the issue before approving the exchange.
- A replacement unit will only be issued after a full assessment.
- Damage due to misuse, negligence, or external factors (such as impact, fire, water, or unauthorized repairs) is not covered.
Non-Eligible Scenarios
- Damage by User: If the unit is physically damaged or has been exposed to water or other contaminants.
- Expired Exchange Period: If the exchange request is beyond the 7-day period.
- Unauthorized Repairs: If the device has been repaired by a non-authorized service provider.
- Incomplete Returns: If any accessories, packaging, or required documents are missing.
Exchange Process

- Inspection & Approval: Our technical team will inspect the device and determine if it meets exchange criteria.
- Exchange Confirmation: If approved, a replacement unit will be issued. If rejected, customers will be notified with a reason.
- Shipping & Handling:
- Customers may be required to cover shipping costs unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
- Cygnus is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping.
Additional Terms
- Cygnus reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the request does not meet the outlined criteria.
- This policy does not cover refunds—only exchanges for the same product.
