Eligibility for Exchange

  1. Same Product Exchange: Customers can only exchange a product for the same model.
  2. Time Frame: The exchange request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery, with proof of purchase required.
  3. Condition of Product: The product must be returned in its original condition, including:
    • Original box, accessories, and all included components.
    • No physical damage, liquid exposure, or tampering.
    • Device must not be locked, modified, or altered in any way.
  4. Defective Units:
    • If a manufacturing defect is identified, Cygnus will inspect and verify the issue before approving the exchange.
    • A replacement unit will only be issued after a full assessment.
    • Damage due to misuse, negligence, or external factors (such as impact, fire, water, or unauthorized repairs) is not covered.

Non-Eligible Scenarios

  • Damage by User: If the unit is physically damaged or has been exposed to water or other contaminants.
  • Expired Exchange Period: If the exchange request is beyond the 7-day period.
  • Unauthorized Repairs: If the device has been repaired by a non-authorized service provider.
  • Incomplete Returns: If any accessories, packaging, or required documents are missing.

Exchange Process

    • Customers may be required to cover shipping costs unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing defect.
    • Cygnus is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping.

Additional Terms

  • Cygnus reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the request does not meet the outlined criteria.
  • This policy does not cover refunds—only exchanges for the same product.
