In case if the delivery is within UAE it may take up to 2 working days. For urgent orders, you can walk into our office located at Prime Towers, Business Bay, Dubai.

We are located in Dubai, Business Bay, Prime Tower, 1601. Our office timings are from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm from Saturday to Thursday.

Based on your convenience, you may either make the payment via a link that our team will share with you, cash, online transfer, or credit card.

You do not need any document to purchase a Thuraya handset. However, if you’re looking to activate your sim card, we will require a copy of your ID for personal users, or for corporate purchases, we will require a copy of your company’s trade license.

We provide a 12-month warranty on any Thuraya products purchased from Cygnus.

A 12-month warranty will be offered on non-Thuraya products by either Cygnus or the product manufacturer itself. 

If you are based in Dubai, you can visit our office during office hours. We will then assess if your request is eligible for a replacement or fix. Alternatively, you can also send an official email to the support team at support@cygnustelecom.com who will access if your request is eligible for a replacement.

You can always check your current balance from your Thuraya phone by simply dialing *151# and you will receive an automatic response with the available credit. This costs a standard SMS fee.

You can recharge your Thuraya number in one of the following ways: 

• Purchase scratch cards to recharge your Thuraya number from our office. You can then dial *150* along with the PIN number to recharge. 

• Call +971 (0)4 435 6800 or email customer.care@cygnustelecom.com if you’d like to purchase a scratch card virtually and have our team do the recharge for you.

Visit www.thurayarefill.com to instantly recharge your Thuraya number online.

Your Thuraya SIM card is not active upon purchase. To activate your SIM card, please send us an email specifying your twelve-digit sim card number which begins with 8988, on customer.care@cygnustelecom.com.

If you’d like to reactivate your sim card, kindly send us an email to customer.care@cygnustelecom.com.
